    A man who apparently committed suicide while using an Internet chat room with other people died of hanging, police said Friday. The body of Kevin Whitrick, a father of two children, was found Wednesday night after a chat room user contacted police to report that the 42-year-old had &quot;self-harmed&quot; while online via a Webcam.

    Peoria police asked for help Wednesday in finding a motorist who intentionally rammed another vehicle and pushed it into oncoming traffic because the driver was using his cellphone.
The incident occurred about 2:05 p.m. Tuesday while the victim was driving west in the 9400 block of West Northern Avenue, said Mike Tellef, a police spokesman.
